We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Factory HR Manager

Location: Mowe, Ogun 
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Work collaboratively with plant management to develop objectives and development goals that will create accountability and drive strong business results. Support management with coaching techniques for hourly employees.
• Conduct performance management and appraisal processes
• Ensure accurate and timely payroll processing
• Oversee on-boarding and orientation programs
• Support health and safety initiatives.
• Provide expertise to Plant on leadership development, performance management, change management, resource planning
• Oversee employee relations and handle grievances

Requirements

• B.Sc Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Proficiency in HR software like SAP SuccessFactors
• Strong knowledge of labour laws and regulations.
• At least 5 years of experience in a manufacturing factory
• 7 years of HR experience

Salary
N650,000 - N700,000 Monthly.
