Job Title: HR Assistant

Location: Lagos Mainland, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

• We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Assistant to join our team. As the HR Assistant, you will be responsible for assisting all aspects of human resources practices and processes.
• You will support business needs and ensure the proper implementation of the company's strategy and objectives.

Responsibilities

• Manage employee databases, filing, and general HR email/calls, ensuring confidentiality.
• Maintain accurate attendance, leave, and personnel files, often within an HRIS.
• Manage the recruitment and selection process
• Assist the performance appraisal system that drives high performance
• Maintain pay plan and benefits program
• Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs
• Report to HR Manager
• Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capital
• Assist with payroll processing, error resolution, and benefits administration.
• Nurture a positive working environment

Requirements

• Candidates should possess a B.Sc. Degree in Human Resources or related field with 1-3 years experience;
• Must be a female
• Knowledge of HR systems and databases
• Excellent active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills
• In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices.
• Candidate must reside in or be in close proximity to Ajao Estate and its environs.
• Proven working experience as an HR Assistant
• People-oriented and results-driven.
• Demonstrable experience with human resources metrics

Salary
N100,000 - N120,000 / Month.
