Job Title: Recruitment Officer

Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary 

• The Recruitment Officer is responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process to attract, assess, and hire qualified candidates in line with organizational manpower requirements.
• The role involves sourcing talent, coordinating interviews, supporting hiring managers, and ensuring compliance with Nigerian labor regulations and internal HR policies.

Key Responsibilities

• Source and screen candidates using job portals, social media, referrals, and agencies
• Ensure compliance with Nigerian labor laws and HR policies
• Maintain recruitment records and reports.
• Coordinate interviews and support hiring managers in candidate selection
• Prepare job postings, offer letters, and recruitment documentation

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
• CIPM certification or progress toward it is an advantage.
• 2–4 years’ recruitment experience in Nigeria
• Strong communication, interviewing, and organizational skills
