We are recruiting to fill the position below:

 

Job Title: Senior Recruiter

Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

About the Role

  • The Senior Recruiter will conduct final-stage interviews, develop assessment frameworks, analyze candidate data, and collaborate with key stakeholders to enhance the overall recruitment process.
  • This role requires strong analytical capability, sound judgment, and a proven ability to manage senior-level hiring.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead final interviews for senior and executive positions, leveraging reports and insights from the Talent Acquisition team.
  • Develop and implement standardized assessment templates to support structured decision-making.
  • Enhance recruitment processes to improve efficiency, consistency, and candidate experience.
  • Provide guidance and support to Talent Acquisition team members.
  • Contribute to the development and execution of recruitment strategies.
  • Analyze candidate performance data and provide insights to inform hiring recommendations.
  • Collaborate with the Performance team to track post-hire outcomes and ensure alignment with interview results.

Key Performance Indicators

  • Time-to-hire for senior and executive roles
  • Effectiveness of the interview process
  • Diversity and inclusion outcomes
  • Quality of hire, measured through performance and feedback
  • Candidate satisfaction and experience ratings

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related discipline
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in recruitment, with a focus on senior and executive-level hiring
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency with HR assessment tools and platforms.
  • Demonstrated success in talent acquisition and stakeholder management
  • Strong interviewing, assessment, and analytical skills

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree or professional HR/recruitment certification
  • Experience in a fast-paced or high-growth environment.

Salary
N900,000 / Month.
