Job Title: Learning and Development Officer

Location: Ikoyi, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description

• Manage the recruitment and talent acquisition process for local hires using cost-effective sourcing methods and best practice recruitment methodology.
• Ensuring that statutory training requirements are met.
• Be responsible for driving the successful implementation of the annual employee performance appraisal exercise.
• To own and drive the company's competence management system, and all learning and development aspects of the people strategy.
• Act as the key point of contact with all departments and project managers to drive corporate alignment of L&D activities.

Required Experience

• Interested candidates should possess relevant qualifications
• 4-5 years. Preferably in the construction industry.
