We are recruiting to fill the position of: Job Title: IT Support Staff Location: Lagos Job Type: Full Time

Job Description

Setting up accounts for new users
Liaising with local repairs technicians or service centres on repairing and replacing equipment as necessary
Testing new technology
God display of team reporting.
Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers and scanners
Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks(LAN and Server Rack Support)
Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests
Providing technical support across the company (this may be in person or over the phone)

Qualifications

Candidates should possess a BA / B.Sc / HND
