Job Description

We need hardworking person that can work independently as a POS Attendant and also SIM registration agent who will manage one of our locations in Byazhin, Abuja.
A SIM Registration Agent is a person charged with the responsibility of managing the entire process of registering subscribers in fulfillment of the directive of the Nigerian Communications Commission (NCC)
This is to ensure that the personal data of all New and Existing Subscribers are captured to help serve them better. While on the other hand as a POS attendant, you are charged with the responsibility of managing the day to day POS transactions.

Responsibilities

Recruit and manage data capture personnel to operate the SIM REG Netbooks with minimal supervision after training
Achieve daily targets
Ensure that all data captured are uploaded onto the SIM REG server within 24 hours.
Adhere to the code of conduct, practices, processes and procedures.

Requirements

Ability to read and write
Very Hardworking and can work under pressure
Must be strong in service delivery with the ability to engage and manage individuals to achieve the daily SIM REG targets
Must be based in Arab road or Locations very close to Byazhin.
Interested candidates should possess relevant qualifications.
Minimum of an SSCE
Ability to communicate in English
