Responsibilities
- Identify new sales leads and potential new markets through research and social media platforms to acquire new clients
- Contact potential clients via email or phone to establish rapport and set up meetings
- Selling, Renting and Development of Property
- Highly competitive property market that requires innovative ideas to make a difference.
- Economic challenges and difficulty in accessing credit from financial institutions
Requirements
- HND / BSc in Marketing or any other related discipline
- Must have work in the similar organisation
- 2-4 years of Experience
- Sufficient knowledge of modern management techniques and best practices
- Ability to meet sales targets and production goals
- Familiarity with industry’s rules and regulations
- Excellent organizational skills
- Results driven and customer focused.
Job Title: Office Assistant (Cleaning)
