Women Impacting Nigeria (WIN) - Founded by Tope Imasekha, WIN is a female-run, non-profit organisation, that aims to reduce the gender gaps that exist in education, living conditions, economic empowerment and political participation in Nigeria. WIN is dedicated to positively affecting the socio-economic development of Nigeria through the empowerment of women.
We are recruiting to fill the positions below:   Job Title: Business Development Officer (Volunteer) Location: Lagos
Principal Responsibilities
  • Assist in research, design and implementation of projects
  • Write, edit and enhance presentations, newsletters, promotional materials
  • Participate in branding and promotional activities including press, sponsor management and student engagement discussions
  • Act as project front of house
  • Develop thorough understanding of the women empowerment/gender equality/SDG NGO space to identify areas for expansion
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with local/regional/multinational sponsors.
Knowledge, Skills and Experience:
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills (in English)
  • Proficient use of Microsoft Word ,Excel and Microsoft Powerpoint
  • Strong organizational capabilities.
  • Strong inter-personal skills, ability to interact effectively with sponsors, partners and colleagues
  • Must be reside in Lagos
  • Must be a female.

Job Title: Volunteer Video Editor Location: Lagos
Job Description
  • Capture studio-quality photographs and video
  • Work both on and off-site
  • Manage and oversee all technical aspects of video recording and editing
  • Work with our creative teammates
  • Regularly collaborate with the marketing team
  • Follow the company's brand guidelines
  • Present to senior management
  • Develop an overall video brand messaging strategy
  • Manipulating and editing film pieces in a way that is invisible to the audience
  • Taking a brief to grasp the production team’s needs and specifications
  • Reviewing shooting script and raw material to create a shot decision list based on scenes’ value and contribution to continuity
