Job Description

We are looking to employ good Technical Account Manager to build on our client's base so as to be able to increase our customers' satisfaction through provision of technical support before and also after sales.

Responsibilities

Winning new business while also increasing sales.
Providing technical support to customers and clients after and before sales.
Maintaining customer relationships as well as ensuring customer satisfaction.
Providing reports to developers and stakeholders on performance of the company's products.
Making sure deliveries arrive on time and are in good condition.
Evaluating need of customer and suggesting upgrades or additional needs.
Educating customers on use of the company's products and services.
Responding to inquiries that are product-related in a timely manner.

Requirements

First degree or equivalent in Computer Science or Engineering disciplines.
Should have problem-solving as well as good critical thinking
Experience in using sales applications.
Good experience in sales and technical support.
Very sound communication and interpersonal skills.
