Job Description

• Reede Consulting is currently looking to recruit an Account/Admin Officer is required to join their team. This opportunity will give the successful candidate the expansion to grow within the Human Resources industry.

Responsibilities
The requirements include but not limited to the following:

• Keeping accounting record intact.
• Process orders, forms, applications and requests.
• Respond to ALL correspondences via mail.
• Keep records of customer interactions and transactions.
• Candidates should have good interpersonal skills, communication skills - verbal and written and listening skills.
• Candidates should also be customer service orientated, adaptive, and initiative.
• Ability to work on excel spreadsheet.
• Responsible for raising invoice for Clients.
• Tracking payments for provided services.
• Handle and resolve customer complaints.
• Set up new customer accounts.

Requirements
What We Want:

• Qualification: Minimum of OND in any related discipline.
• Sex: Female Only
• Age: 25 - 30 years Experience: 1 - 2 years.

Remuneration
30-35,000 Naira
