Job Summary 

• We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and versatile Administrative Officer & Executive Assistant to support our dynamic team at G-Shoppers. 
• The successful candidate will provide administrative support, ensure seamless day-to-day operations, and assist the Managing Director (MD) in various capacities.

Key Responsibilities
Administrative Support:

• Operational Efficiency: Ensure the smooth operation of the office, including managing supplies, equipment, and facilities.
• Staff Support: Provide support to staff members, including onboarding, training, and performance monitoring.
• Compliance: Ensure compliance with organizational policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
• Record-Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, files, and databases.
• Communication: Develop and implement effective communication strategies to ensure seamless information flow.
• Executive Assistance: Assist the MD with scheduling appointments, managing emails, and preparing reports.
• Special Projects: Handle special projects, such as staff training, team-building activities, and other initiatives.

Requirements

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
• Experience: At least 2 years of experience in administration, operations, or a related field.
• Skills: Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills.
• Software: Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and other productivity software.
• Living not far Away from Eliozu.

Salary
N100,000 Monthly.
