International Masters Security Systems Limited (IMSS), we are a Security company duly registered with Corporate Affairs Commissions and are today seeking for suitable applicants to apply for the
aforementioned position below:

 
Job Title: Admin Officer
Location: Lagos
Responsibilities
The responsibilities of the successful applicant includes but not limited to the following:

• Plan and requisite for routine repairs and maintenance services, purchase of goods and services, and carryout market surveys to ensure that the items are got at reasonable prices
• Prepare job orders/Purchase Orders
• Ensure Maintenance and repairs of company vehicles, office facilities, office equipment, and any other maintenance that may arise.
• Review and documentation of operatives files
• Report and follow up on files with issues
• Liaising with Operations, Training and HR departments on resolving issues related to operatives
• Ensure the monthly renewal of staff’s CUGs
• Liaising with vendors on execution of assignments
• General administrative duties
• Any other duties as may be assigned to you.

• Must have at least WAEC/NECO in not more than two sittings (inclusive of Mathematics and English Language).
• Must have HND/BSc in Business Administration or any of the Management or Social Sciences
• Must have a good clientele base and be conversant with Lagos markets
• Must have good knowledge of telecommunication products such as CUGs.
• Must have at least 3 years working experience (preferably with a reputable Security Company in Lagos).
• Must be computer literate
