Job Description

• We are looking for an Administrative and Procurement Officer with high integrity who can manage procurement processes and oversee administrative functions.
• The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong negotiation skills and a strategic mindset within the industry landscape.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement procurement strategies that align with the company's operational goals.
• Monitor expenses and identify opportunities for cost savings.
• Ensure timely and cost-effective procurement of goods and services necessary for production.
• Assist in the preparation of budgets for procurement and administrative functions
• Manage building, machines, and vehicle repairs and maintenance.
• Lead and mentor the procurement and administrative team, fostering a collaborative work environment
• Ensure compliance with policies and prepare reports on procurement activities and performance metrics.
• Manage daily administrative operations, including office management and logistics.
• Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth operations and the availability of resources.
• Maintain accurate records of procurement and administrative activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proficient in procurement software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in procurement and administration, preferably in FMCG.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and organizational skills.
