We are recruiting to fill the position of:

Job Title: Administrative Assistant/Analyst

Location: Abuja

Job Description

• An administrative assistant plays a vital role in the smooth-running of any business.
• The role requires you to have exceptional written and oral communication skills, extensive knowledge of Microsoft packages and IT, organisational and presentation skills and the ability to multi-task and work well under pressure.
• He/She is involved with the coordination and implementation of office procedures and frequently have responsibility for specific projects and tasks.

Key Responsibilities and Objectives

• Resolve administrative problems by coordinating preparation of reports, analyzing data, and identifying solutions.
• Perform a variety of internet research functions, review trends and update sales team.
• Handle queries and contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
• Maintain supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level; anticipating needed supplies; placing and expediting orders for supplies; verifying receipt of supplies.

Requirements

• Candidate must be a University graduate.
• Youth Corp members will be considered.
• Candidate must be able to drive and posses a valid drivers' license
