Job Title: Administrative Manager 

Location: Remote / Work From Home (100% Remote Opportunity)
Job Type: Full-time
Shift: 8-hour standard shift; may range from 8am EST – 10pm EST (2pm to 4am WAT)
(Primary shift: 8am – 4:30pm EST, based on company needs) (2pm to 10:30pm WAT)

Job Summary

  • The Administrative Manager will manage administrative processes, maintain organized systems, coordinate meetings, support teams, and ensure operational functionality across the organization.
  • The role requires excellent organization, communication, and multitasking skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily office operations and ensure smooth workflow across departments
  • Manage office supplies, vendor coordination, maintenance requests, and service issues
  • Serve as the central point of contact for staff questions and operational concerns
  • Coordinate schedules, internal meetings, and cross-team communication
  • Process invoices, purchase orders, and vendor payments
  • Prepare workstations, equipment, and system access for new hires
  • Assist with administrative onboarding tasks
  • Support leadership with special projects and reporting needs
  • Track deadlines, deliverables, and administrative project coordination
  • Maintain organized filing systems, records, correspondence, and documentation
  • Monitor office environment, cleanliness, and functionality; coordinate repairs or improvements
  • Assist with applying and maintaining office procedures and internal policies
  • Recommend process improvements to enhance operational efficiency
  • Track office-related expenses and assist with budget monitoring

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, Public Administration, or related degrees are preferred.
  • At least 2 years of Administrative Support or Office Management experience, ideally in healthcare or multi-department environments.

Skills & Competencies

  • Excellent Communication skills (Verbal and Written)
  • Personal device/laptop (mandatory)
  • Strong computer literacy.
  • Excellent Excel skills (advanced preferred)
  • Strong internet connectivity (mandatory)
