Our field of operation is global, with our head office base in Nigeria. We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Agro Field Officer
Location: Lekki, Lagos
Employment Type: Full Time

Role
Supervisory role:

• Carefully inspect products at the location. Ensure all products are of good quality, according to specification and appropriate quantity.
• Take accurate measurements/weight only according to specifications [tonnage weight and quality].
• Make sure all documents state the true quantity, quality and measurement of the product.
• Supervise strictly the packing, transporting and delivery of the product.
• Send photos and videos of product when selecting, measuring, loading and delivery.

Requirements

• Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree or HND with 1-5 years work experience.
• This candidate must have a long term goal mindset, ability to work in a startup organisation, willing to grow, must be hardworking, pay attention to details, must be committed,
• Must be open to being on the field for a long period of time.
• Must be open to learn
• Must be a problem solver, solution provider.
• Must be economical, humble and save the Company from unreasonable expenses/costs
• Must be able to think on your feet.
• Must always have the interest of the Company in mind while on the field, must be straightforward, truthful, organized and ready to be the eyes of the company.
• This candidate’s dealings must be transparent, he/she must communicate effectively in person, on whatsapp and email.
• Must have knowledge of Agrocommodities
• Fluency in Hausa is a plus
