We are recruiting to fill the position of:

Job Title: Depot Officer
Locations: Abuja, Lagos, Calabar
Description of responsibilities/functions:

• Raising of Sales invoice to customers daily
• Prepare accurate daily report of post dated cheques with maturity dates
• Receiving and dispatching of stocks
• Coordinate and supervise daily, weekly and monthly stock counts
• Ensure proper arrangement of stock items
• Maintain Bin cards and re-order level
• Ensure proper documentation and stocking of all stock items
• Carry out daily check on stocks and other areas of Depot operations
• Prepare lodgments, stock position reports
• Daily banking of cash/cheques collected
• Prepares realistic cashflow, posting and weekly retirement of imprest
• Daily reconciliation of stock with ERP on weekly/monthly basis.
• Prepares daily sales summary report, credit sales, expense and delivery reports
• Carry out periodic checks on stocks and other areas of depot operations
• Ensures adequate control within the business environment.

Educational Qualification/Years of Experience Required:

• 1-2 years depot/front office operations experience
• Must be proficient in Mircrosoft excel & word
• Must be an OND/ND graduate
