About the Role

  • KloudOpp Limited is seeking a high-performing Sales Officer with 5+ years of solid sales experience in technology, services, education, or enterprise products.
  • This is a quota-carrying role designed for someone who is proactive, persuasive, and capable of driving consistent revenue growth.
  • The ideal candidate must understand solution selling, client conversion, pipeline management, and must be able to hit and exceed revenue targets with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities
Sales Acquisition & Conversion:

  • Identify, prospect, and convert qualified leads into paying customers.
  • Manage end-to-end sales cycle: prospecting → demos → follow-up → closing → onboarding.
  • Use strong consultative selling to understand customer needs and recommend the right KloudOpp solutions.

Pipeline Management:

  • Maintain an active, healthy sales pipeline across B2C and B2B segments.
  • Use CRM tools to track leads, activities, and conversion metrics.
  • Produce weekly sales reports, forecasting, and performance updates.

Client Relationship Management:

  • Build long-term relationships with clients to maximize retention and referrals.
  • Follow up with clients via WhatsApp, calls, emails, and LinkedIn.
  • Resolve customer inquiries and escalate technical issues to relevant teams.

Target & Performance Delivery:

  • Hit monthly and quarterly sales targets consistently.
  • Drive aggressive outreach campaigns across digital channels.
  • Collaborate with marketing to execute lead nurturing strategies.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

  • Work with product, marketing, and customer success teams to optimize sales journeys.
  • Provide feedback on market needs, customer pain points, and improving offerings.

Required Experience & Skills

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in sales, telesales, business development, or revenue roles.
  • Excellent communication skills across WhatsApp, phone calls, email, and social media.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot, Zoho, or similar).
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, remote environment.
  • Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Strong knowledge of sales funnels, outreach strategies, and negotiation tactics.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience selling in EdTech, Tech, SaaS, FinTech, or training services.
  • Ability to run demos, webinars, or basic product walkthroughs.
  • Experience creating basic proposals or sales decks.
