Job Title: Sales Executive (Lubricants)

Location: Kano
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

  • Responsible for driving sales, managing client accounts, and expanding market share for industrial and automotive lubricant products across assigned territories.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies.
  • Identify and onboard new customers (factories, workshops, dealers, logistics firms).
  • Ensure product availability and visibility.
  • Provide product knowledge training to dealers, mechanics, and attendants.
  • Drive secondary sales and create product awareness.
  • Monitor stock levels and ensure timely replenishment.
  • Handle inquiries, negotiate pricing, and close sales.
  • Conduct market visits and track competitor activities.
  • Manage distributors, retailers, and resellers.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years experience in lubricant sales.
  • Experience with industrial/automotive lubricants (B2B or aftermarket).
  • Strong relationship management with stockists, wholesalers, and retailers.

Skills:

  • Excellent sales, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Market research and competitor analysis ability.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
  • Strong product and technical knowledge of lubricants.

Salary
N250,000 – N600,000 Monthly. (Negotiable).
