Job Title: Sales Specialist

Location: Ilupeju, Lagos

Job Decription

  • We're seeking a results-driven professional to deliver sales growth, forge strong client partnerships, and deliver tailored security solutions. The ideal candidate must have the ability to excel in a fast-paced environment that is competitive, leveraging contacts, organic growth, industry insights to drive revenue and expand our footprint.

Key Responsibilities
Client Acquisition & Growth:

  • Promote and sell security services to existing and all potential clients
  • Identify new business opportunities and pursue leads
  • Convert prospects into loyal clients

Sales Excellence:

  • Meet and exceed sales targets
  • Collaborate with teams to drive growth
  • Conduct market analysis and provide insights

Market Insights:

  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activity
  • Identify opportunities and threats
  • Provide regular sales performance reports

Client Relationship Management:

  • Convert prospects into loyal clients
  • Foster and maintain strong client relationships
  • Resolve issues promptly and deliver exceptional service
  • Ensure client satisfaction and retention

Required Qualification and Experience:

  • Candidates should possess an HND/B.Sc. in Business Administration or related field
  • Minimum 6 years of sales / business development / marketing experience (preferably above 10 years). Experience in the security industry is an added advantage.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Ability to write clear and detailed weekly reports
  • Proficiency in preparing monthly reports
  • Strong feedback skills, with ability to provide constructive input in a team.
  • Proven track record of sales success and revenue growth
  • Strong Lagos market knowledge
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills

Remuneration
N500,000 Salary / Month (Gross).
