Job Description

• We are looking for a detail-oriented Architect with strong experience in site supervision and project management. The ideal candidate will oversee project execution, ensure adherence to design specifications, and coordinate with contractors and vendors to deliver within timelines and budget.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop architectural designs, drawings, and project layouts.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and provide timely updates.
• Prepare reports, documentation, and project schedules.
• Ensure all materials and workmanship meet required standards.
• Conduct site supervision to ensure compliance with plans, safety standards, and quality specifications.
• Coordinate project activities with engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or related field with 2–5 years relevant experience.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and other design tools.
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
• Strong experience in site supervision and project management.

Salary and Benefit

• N170,000 - N200,000 / Month.
