To rehabilitate, map out, align, build and lay a road network for smooth and accessible passage.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Assistant Site Supervisor

Location: Ibadan, Oyo
Employment Type: Full-time
Reports to: Project Manager

Key Duties & Responsibilities

• Assist the Project Supervisor in managing daily site operations, including coordinating with subcontractors, suppliers, and laborers.
• Monitor and report on project progress, including tracking work completed, identifying any issues, and suggesting corrective actions.
• Support in the management of project documentation, including plans, permits, and inspection reports.
• Participate in site meetings and communicate effectively with all stakeholders.
• Contribute to the resolution of any on-site issues or conflicts.
• Assist with inventory management, ensuring materials and equipment are used efficiently.
• Learn and apply industry best practices and standards in site supervision.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and protocols on the construction site.
• Assist in the inspection of completed work to ensure it meets quality standards and specifications.
• Help in the preparation of daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.

Qualifications

• Currently a corps member or just completed a Degree in Building Construction or a related field.

Salary
N60,000 - N100,000 / month.
