Job Title: Associate

Location: Asokoro, Abuja (FCT)
Employment Type: Full-time

Description 

  • As an Associate, you will be at the forefront of driving positive change.
  • You will work closely with project teams, leading the development and implementation of social impact strategies.
  • Your responsibilities will include research, analysis, and proposal writing to create meaningful solutions for our clients.

Responsibilities

  • Redefine unclear client challenges into problem statements and develop steps to solve them
  • Utilize quantitative and qualitative methodologies to distil complex data into actionable solutions
  • Lead and manage project activities, including monitoring and evaluation efforts.
  • Conduct research and analysis on various social impact topics.
  • Develop and write technical proposals for potential clients.
  • Establish client relationships to improve interactions and service delivery.
  • Effectively communicate with senior stakeholder groups such as client leadership to present recommendations.
  • Provide guidance and leverage the strengths of team members to create actionable solutions
  • Collaborate with project teams to develop social impact strategies and initiatives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field such as Social Sciences, International Development, Economics, Business, or a related discipline.
  • Master's Degree preferred but not required.
  • 2 - 3 years work experience.

Skills: 

  • Excellent project management and organizational skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience in the social impact or international development sector is a plus.
