We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Business Analyst / PM

Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Role Summary

• Uses data and insights to improve customer experience, service delivery, and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyse customer feedback, complaints, and service data
• Track CX metrics (CSAT, TAT, Insight from Surveys)
• Identify service gaps and improvement opportunities
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and external partners
• Serve as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders
• Communicate project progress, risks, and milestones effectively
• Support change management and user adoption initiatives
• Ensure project deliverables meet quality and compliance standards.
• Support process optimization and automation initiatives
• Provide management reports and insights
• Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource schedules
• Manage project execution from initiation to closure
• Stakeholder Management

Qualifications

• Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree with 5 - 7 years experience.
