We require hard working and goal driven personnel to fill the following vacant job position:

JOB TITLE: BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT EXECUTIVES
LOCATION: Lagos

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Sell the business service
Maintain business relationship with clients
Team up with the operations department to develop new ideas for reaching our clients
Market research and competitor analysis.
Establish sound marketing plans geared towards promoting our services to potential clients and develop strategies for achieving them
Report on regular basis to the departmental head on achievements, prospects, threats, etc.

QUALIFICATIONS:
Minimum of HND/B.SC required
Possession of an MBA and additional relevant professional qualification/marketing experience is an added advantage.

Strong drive for marketing
Proactive, smart and a good team player
Good customer relation skills
Self-motivating and independent in decision making
Sound educational background
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Good understanding of Lagos terrain


EMPLOYMENT TERMS
Note that employment would be on probationary basis, during which period, remuneration is on commission.
However, employment will be regularized if targeted performance is met within 3 months from the date of employment. Salaries for permanent marketing staff is as stated above.
