Job Description

Our client is seeking to hire a Business Manager to grow and sustain the brand. The Business Manager will also lead and manage the operations of the brand.
Manage the day-to-day operations of the business.
Design and implement business plans and strategies to promote the attainment of business goals
Ensure all company activities adhere to legal guidelines and policies.
Represent the company in events, conferences, etc
Supervise and oversee employees' work and provide feedback and counsel to work productivity.
Maintain old and create new relationships with suppliers and vendors.
Ensure that the company has adequate and suitable resources to complete its activities
Strategize with management to develop goals and objectives that improve business growth and development.
Drive new businesses using creative and innovative means.

Job Requirements

BSc in Business Administration/Accounting or any related discipline. MSc/MA is a plus.
Minimum of 5 years experience in a business management/Finance position
Strong Communication and Interpersonal skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
Strong Negotiation Skills.
Experience Level: (Mid to Senior 4-5 years)
FMCG/Retail/Fashion management experience is advantageous.
Strategic business development skills.
Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
