Reports to: Managing Director

Job Description

• Our client is seeking to hire a Business Manager to grow and sustain the brand. The Business Manager will also lead and manage the operations of the brand.
• Manage the day-to-day operations of the business.
• Design and implement business plans and strategies to promote the attainment of business goals
• Ensure all company activities adhere to legal guidelines and policies.
• Represent the company in events, conferences, etc
• Supervise and oversee employees' work and provide feedback and counsel to work productivity.
• Maintain old and create new relationships with suppliers and vendors.
• Ensure that the company has adequate and suitable resources to complete its activities
• Strategize with management to develop goals and objectives that improve business growth and development.
• Drive new businesses using creative and innovative means.

Job Requirements

• BSc in Business Administration/Accounting or any related discipline. MSc/MA is a plus.
• Minimum of 5 years experience in a business management/Finance position
• Strong Communication and Interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Strong Negotiation Skills.
• Experience Level: (Mid to Senior 4-5 years)
• FMCG/Retail/Fashion management experience is advantageous.
• Strategic business development skills.
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills.

Experience:

• Product Sales: 4 years (Required)
• Management: 4 years (Required).

Salary
NGN150,000 - N200,000 per month.
