The Graduate Trainee Scheme is aimed at developing a talent pipeline of future leaders for Caraway’s businesses in Nigeria.

Person Specification

• First Degree in any discipline from a reputable institution.
• Minimum of second-class upper grade.
• Proclivity toward Brand Management
• Certificates in Data Analytics / Statistics are an added advantage.
• 1 - 3 years’ work experience
• Proficiency in MS Office

Essential Requirements

• National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) program completed
• Fluent in English (both written & spoken)
• Strong team spirit
• Strong analytical and numeric skills
• Must be open to relocation and willing to work in any part of Nigeria
• Young and energetic
• Ability to thrive in different working conditions.
