Applications are now open for the 2026 Caraway Graduate Trainee Programme. Caraway is a subsidiary of Olam Group. It is primarily a manufacturer and marketer of branded packaged foods in Africa. The Caraway  Graduate Trainee Programme is a one-year programme designed for fresh graduates who have completed their NYSC and are ready to build their career. This programme will remove the entry barrier to the workforce and groom selected candidates in sales, procurement, human resources, marketing, finance, logistics, etc.

Requirements

• Recent Graduates with 0-2 years of experience.
• Qualified candidates Nation-wide

To qualify for this opportunity, you must:

• Have a Minimum of Second Class Lower (2.2).
• Have 0-2 years of experience post NYSC.
• Not be more than 27 years at the time of application.
