Job Description

  • The person will be responsible for supporting safe and reliable operation of assigned equipment, learning and applying IWS standards, participating in defect identification and breakdown elimination, supporting continuous improvement activities, and collaborating with shift and line teams to deliver operational perfomance, under guidance of senior engineers and team leads.

Key Responsibilities
Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Continue to create OPLs to teach others how to help you keep your equipment maintained at standard
  • Effectively manage resources through proper management of contractors within own jurisdiction to carry out duties and support with general tidiness of work area.
  • Work with other Module equipment owners to maintain cohesive, responsive, flexible organization
  • Deliver operational key performance indicator's for Run to Target DMS execution
  • Member of AM team and contact point for own equipment for own line. Includes transformation points, sources of contaminations, critical defects, smart of fix critical defects, safety and lubrication map etc
  • Participate in project delivery and execution as well as participating in monthly/Quarterly department team meetings/briefings
  • Participating in Shift Transition Meeting and Planned Stop huddles/critiques, per the Site DDS DMS

Requirements
What are we looking for?

  • Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering.
  • One-two years of experience in a manufacturing company.
  • Basic knowledge of manufacturing / production processes.
  • Ability to analyse data and results (OEE, downtime, defects) and draw simple conclusions for improvement actions.
  • Demonstrates strong technical capabilities and effectively applies IWS tools in daily operations.
  • Good communication skills and openness to work in cross-functional teams.
