Job Title: Accountant

Location: Lekki Phase 1, Lagos

Job Summary

• We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Accountant to manage the financial records of our fashion brand.
• The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate accounts, handling daily financial operations, and supporting management with timely financial reports.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate financial records and books of accounts
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly financial reports
• Manage accounts payable and receivable
• Track inventory costs and production expenses
• Prepare and file statutory payments (PAYE, VAT, WHT, pensions, etc.)
• Support audit processes and ensure compliance with financial regulations
• Work closely with management to improve financial controls and profitability.
• Monitor expenses, budgets, and cash flow
• Handle payroll processing and staff salary payments
• Reconcile bank statements and financial transactions

Requirements & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• High level of accuracy, integrity, and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• Good communication and reporting skills.
• Minimum of 2–4 years experience (fashion or retail experience is an advantage)
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and Nigerian tax regulations
• Proficiency in Excel and accounting software

Salary
N250,000 - N300,000 monthly.
