Job Summary

• The CIG Group Management Trainee Program is a dynamic, intensive development initiative aimed at grooming the next generation of leaders across our diverse business portfolio:
  • CIG Motors – Automobile
  • Lagride – E-Hailing Services
  • Lontor Hi-Tech – Home Appliances
  • Gree – Air Conditioning Solutions
• As a Management Trainee, you will be strategically placed within one of our business units, working in key departments alongside experienced professionals. You will:
  • Gain hands-on experience in real business operations.
  • Contribute meaningfully to high-impact projects.
  • Develop critical leadership, problem-solving, and business management skills.
  • Build a strong foundation for a long-term career within the CIG Group.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree from a reputable Nigerian or Foreign University.
• Experience: Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. Prior internship or work experience in a corporate environment is a plus
• Minimum 2:1 (2nd Class Upper) Grade.
• Not more than 26 years old.
• Completion of the NYSC Program.
