We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Cold Room Warehouse Officer (Biovaccines)

Location: Yaba, Lagos
Job Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Implement vaccine management standards and practices. 
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of stock and generate reports as required. 
• Receipts of wholesome vaccines and syringes with relevant documentation from both local and international suppliers. 
• Ensure good storage and handling of products and materials in line with FIFO and FEFO principles. 
• Review the temperature records of cold stores and ensure that computerized temperature monitoring devices in the warehouse are functional and maintained while control systems are adhered to. 
• Ensure proper and unambiguous inventory management of all stocks received into and dispatched from the warehouse. 
• Ensure the warehouse is constantly maintained in a state of cleanliness at all times. 
• Ensure continuing performance verification of the warehouse storage and cold storage distribution devices and systems.  

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's degree or Higher National Diploma (HND) in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Warehouse Management, or related fields. 
• Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a warehouse, supply chain, or logistics environment, preferably in a cold storage setting.
