Job Title: Company Legal Secretary (Law)

Location: Chevron Drive, Lagos
Job Type: Full-time

Requirements

• Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor of Law (LLB)
• Minimum of 5 years post qualification experience in real estate transactions;
• ICSAN Certified
• Knowledge of land, property, contract, and commercial law
• Able to manage and communicate at all levels of the organization.
• Strong customer service orientation.
• A natural leader who displays sound judgment and attention to detail.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Proven experience in real estate transactions.
• Must reside on the Island
• Knowledge of legal and statutory requirements related to the real estate

Salary
N300,000 - N350,000 / Month (Net).
