Our group is approved by NERC as Meter Asset Provider and Meter Service Provider hence Pay4Power aims to improve the efficiency and timeliness of power purchases using technology and payment systems. Our system relieves our clients from the hassle and stress of physically paying for power at energy distribution company's stands and offices. Our services are available 24 hours of every single day.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Compliance Officer (Legal)

Location: Gudu, Abuja (FCT)
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Ensure Employees adhere to Internal Procedures and Policies.
• Regular Compliance checks to evaluate the level of Compliance with relevant Regulatory bodies.
• Drafting of Letters and Legal Correspondences.
• Negotiations with Consultants, Contractors, sub-contractors and other persons.
• Registration, filling and Verification at relevant Authorities.
• Participated in high-profile client interview
• Preparation of Legal documents such as legal correspondence
• Preparation of contracts and agreements
• Conducting legal research
• Documentation of meetings.
• Liaise with Departments in identifying Legal Risks and proffer Solutions.
• Ensure that the affairs of the company are managed in accordance with its Object.
• Monitoring changes in relevant Legislation.
• Taking and Preparation of Minutes.
• Preparation and Review of Contracts & Agreements.
• Proper filing of electronic and hard-copy documents
• Monitoring changes in relevant Legislation.
• Regulatory Engagements
• Preparation of Legal documents such as legal correspondence
• Preparation of contracts and agreements
• Client representation in civil and criminal proceedings.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree with 4-11 years experience.

Salary
N100,000 - N120,000 / Month.
