Composite Construction is a leading Building and Construction Company based in Lagos with interest in Real Estate (residential, commercial, or industrial).

Job Title: Construction Project Manager

Location: Ikeja, Lagos

Job Summary

• We are seeking a highly skilled and strategic Project Management Officer (PMO) to oversee project planning, execution, and monitoring for our construction projects.
• The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
• This role requires a proactive leader with excellent problem-solving skills, project coordination abilities, and experience in managing multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and monitor project management processes to ensure efficiency.
• Oversee project timelines, budgets, and risk management strategies.
• Manage contract administration, procurement planning, and cost control.
• Optimize resource allocation to ensure timely project completion.
• Implement project management tools for better workflow and performance tracking.
• Coordinate with engineers, architects, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure project alignment.
• Establish and enforce quality control and compliance with industry regulations.
• Track project milestones, prepare progress reports, and recommend corrective actions.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or a related field.
• Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.
• Strong financial acumen with experience in budgeting and cost management.
• Certification in PMP is an added advantage.
• 3+ years of experience in construction project management.
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, etc.).
• Proficiency in project management software (MS Project, Primavera P6, or similar).

 Salary
N150,000 - N450,000 monthly.
