Job Title: Content Creator & Blogger
Location: Abuja (FCT)

Key Responsibilities

• Lead comprehensive social media strategy across Facebook, TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube
• Develop TikTok content strategy to achieve 10K followers and 1M views
• Manage and coordinate the content creation team
• Develop LinkedIn strategy to drive growth from 0 to 10k followers
• Create AI-enhanced content using tools like Genspark
• Manage website content updates and SEO optimization
• Produce thought leadership content for the B2B logistics industry
• Maintain brand consistency across all digital platforms
• Collaborate on campaign creative strategies during rebranding
• Secure B2B partnerships and brand collaborations
• Optimize budget allocation across platforms
• Implement AI-powered content strategies and automation
• Report directly to executive leadership with analytics and insights
• Create engaging blog content for the company website and LinkedIn

Requirements

• Degree, HND/OND in Marketing, Mass Communications, Journalism, or related field
• 1+ years of experience in social media management, content creation, and blogging
• Proven track record of growing business accounts on socials, YouTube, and LinkedIn content management
• Basic graphic design skills (Canva Pro) and Capcut Pro
• Extensive experience with paid social advertising (Facebook Ads, TikTok Ads)
• Proficiency in social media management tools
• Strong analytical and budget management skills
• Experience with video content creation and editing
• Proficiency in WordPress, CMS platforms, and SEO tools
• Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator and analytics
• Understanding of AI content tools and automation

Salary
N100,000 - N150,000 Monthly.
