Continental Beverages - Our client, a major manufacture and distributor of soft drinks in Nigeria with factories/production facilities around the country, is currently seeking to employ suitably qualified candidates to fill the position below:


Job Title: Utilities Manager

Location: Benin

Job Description
Working within the National manufacturing team and reporting to the ESM you will be responsible for the guarantee of all daily utilities production and the execution of the correct maintenance plan for all there utilities plants currently (9) in total

Main Duties & Responsibilities
Assure the correct running of all utility assets that include;

• Process: tanks, pumps and instrumentation
• CO2 Plants
• Water treatment: dozers, filters, pumps
• Effluent Treatment plant
• Air: low and high pressure air compressors & driers
• Cooling system: ammonia chiller, towers, pumps
• Abortion system

• Agreeing capacity production plans and schedules for each system
• Improve and follow the TPM and annual maintenance plan
• Prepare production and maintenance reports in OEE, efficiency and assets utilization
• Controlling the annual utilities Budget Plan

• Minimum education B.Sc in Mechanical/Electrical/Electronics Engineering
• (5) Years managerial experience in maintenance food/beverage Company. With specific experience in Utilities maintenance or start up Minimum of (10) years with gas generators, preferably with GE Jenbacher engines. Hands on experience with boilers and chillers preferable.
