Cometstar Manufacturing Company Limited is a member of Cometstar Group. It was incorporated in Nigeria on the 25th day of February, 2005 under Company & Allied Matters Act, 1990 of Federal Republic of Nigeria. Our company is wholly owned by Nigerians. We started production in April 2006 in our ultra-modern cable manufacturing factory located at Agbara Industrial Estate - about two kilometers from Badagry Expressway, Agbara, Ogun State, Nigeria.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Factory Manager, Wires & Cables Division

Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Core Responsibilities

• Coordinate factory budgeting
• Schedule and monitor efficient production
• Ensure building and equipment maintenance is executed, and proper supervision of factory personnel such that production orders are completed timely in line with health and safety regulations, etc.

Experience and Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Industrial Management, Logistics, or related fields
• 5+ years of experience
• Ability to multitask; develop and implement innovative strategies to streamline factory operations
• The ideal candidate should demonstrate outstanding problem-solving skills, and exceptional communication, management, and leadership skills to ensure that factory operations run smoothly.
