Job Title: Manufacturing Packaging Manager

Location: Victoria Island, Lagos

About the job

• The objective of the job is to deliver safe, attractive, and compliant packaging that enhances product shelf life and brand appeal while supporting operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Ensure packaging preserves freshness, prevents contamination, and complies with food safety regulations.
• Implement cost-effective and sustainable packaging solutions while minimizing waste and downtime.
• Adhere to industry regulations, labeling requirements, and environmental guidelines.
• Drive initiatives for eco-friendly materials and advanced packaging technologies.

About you

• The right candidate should possess B.Tech/HND in related science field / Engineering / Computer Science.
• Ability to manage situations and stakeholders.
• Ability to communicate effectively across all employee categories within the organization.
• A minimum of 5 years’ experience in handling Packing Machines and Equipment and at least two years in a food processing environment.
