We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Seasoning Plant Operator

Location: Apapa, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Machine Operation & Monitoring: Operate, monitor, and adjust seasoning application machinery (e.g., tumblers, scales, applicators) to ensure efficiency and product quality.
• Quality Control: Conduct routine checks, testing products for taste and appearance, and making necessary adjustments to ensure all products meet Quality Assurance (QA) specifications.
• Material Handling: Retrieve and stock correct and adequate supplies (seasonings, packaging materials) from the warehouse, often using powered equipment like a forklift.
• Documentation & Reporting: Complete proper documentation for monitoring the seasoning process, production outputs, machine settings, and quality checks.
• Safety & Compliance: Adhere strictly to all safety protocols and procedures to prevent accidents and ensure a hazard-free work environment.
• Maintenance & Troubleshooting: Perform minor adjustments, preventive maintenance, and basic troubleshooting of equipment malfunctions to minimize downtime.
• Sanitation & Changeovers: Handle line clean-ups and product changeovers, including performing chemical and allergen cleaning to maintain hygiene standards and comply with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and HACCP policies.

Requirement

• Interested candidates should possess an SSCE / NCE / OND qualification with 3 - 5 years of work experience.

Salary
N80,000 - N120,000 Monthly.
