Job Title: Control System Engineer

Location: Offshore, Lagos
Employment Type: Contract

Job Summary

• We are seeking experienced Control System Engineers to support the integration, commissioning, and testing of high-performance control systems for an offshore FPSO project.
• Candidates will work collaboratively with OEMs, partners, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless execution and system acceptance.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead system integration, configuration, and commissioning of control systems
• Oversee documentation, change management, and troubleshooting processes
• Ensure strict adherence to HSE standards and technical specifications
• Perform logic validation, loop testing, and software modifications
• Coordinate with OEMs, project partners, and internal teams during FAT/SAT

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical, Instrumentation, or Control Engineering
• Valid BOSIET, HUET, and Offshore Medical certifications
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to lead technical teams under pressure
• Minimum 7 years of relevant offshore experience
• Proficiency with DCS, PLC, SIS (e.g., ABB, Emerson, Siemens, Yokogawa)
