Description

• We are looking for a Corporate Lawyer who will provide the legal framework that regulates the rights, responsibilities, and obligations of our organization and provide legal advice, representing our organization in legal matters, and drafting legal documents.
• Should be specialized in various areas like corporate law, personal injury, or intellectual property, and work in private practices, corporations, or government agencies.

Responsibilities

• Providing legal advice on their legal options and rights.
• Conduct research on relevant laws and precedents to build strong cases.
• Negotiation settlements and agreements on behalf of their clients.
• Representing the organizations in legal proceedings, including court appearances.
• Drafting legal documents such as contracts, wills, and other legal agreements.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess relevant qualifications with experience.

Corporate Lawyer Skills:

Salary
N150,000 - N200,000 / Month.
