We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Creative Facilitator & Content Lead

Location: Remote (Nigeria-based)
Employment Type: Full-time
Duration: 1 - 2 Months (Probation) to Full-Time Role
Mode: Full-time Hours (Post-Confirmation), 8 hours/day across multiple platforms (Mon-Sat)

About the Role

• We are building an ambitious, fast-paced digital content ecosystem spanning Instagram, X (Twitter), TikTok, and other platforms—targeting vibrant, culture-driven online communities.

Responsibilities
Team Discussions & Idea Flow:

• Guide daily team chats with prompts, memes, and trend drops
• Engage replies, deepen thinking, and summarize insights
• Shape 2–3 strong content ideas per week.

Content & Trend Ideation:

• Plan daily content ideas for X, TikTok, and more
• Spot viral trends and link them to project goals.

Collaboration & Coordination:

• Work with writers, editors, and designers to build content
• Energize 2–3 active creator/team groups daily.

Feedback & Performance:

• Use content data to refine ideas and boost impact.

Requirements

• Interested candidates should possess relevant qualifications with 1 year work experience.
• Prior experience in community, content, or digital campaign roles preferred
• Must have high follower count and active in social media
• Excellent digital habits—Twitter/X, TikTok, memes, online slang
• Team-first attitude, excellent at making others feel heard & engaged.
• Based in Nigeria, fluent in English (Pidgin or cultural fluency a plus)
• Awareness of content trends (sports, humor, culture, or Web3)

Salary
USD300 - USD600 / Month (N465,000 - N972,000 monthly).
