Job Title: Chief Operating Officer
Job duties:
• Reporting to the Executive Director and ensuring that change projects including but not limited to the strategic sub-projects on Engagement, Training, Sustainability and Administration are successfully implemented with the specified results obtained, to the required quality standard within specific time and cost.
• Facilitate project planning including the definition of project scope, goals and deliverables; develop full scale project plans.
• Undertake research, develop proposals, conduct or oversee feasibility studies, and prepare reports to support strategic decision making.
• Drive the successful implementation of projects; monitor and control projects.
• Provide direction and support to project team
• Timely preparation and submission of periodic progress and other reports.
• Budgeting, resource planning, mobilization and management.
• Responsible for liaison with various strategic partners, agencies and networks; represent the project at meetings of parties to the project
• Build and manage relationships, networks and partnerships to support projects and achieve set goals
• Undertake or drive marketing and fundraising activities
• Monitor and manage risks; contingency planning.

Qualifications/Requirements:
• An MBA or a Masters degree in Public Administration, International Relations or a relevant subject area
• Knowledge of project management techniques and tools. Project management certification would be an added advantage.
• Minimum of five years experience in project management including project planning, fundraising and implementation.
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and supporting project management software
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.

Job Title: Marketing Manager
Job Duties:
• Will be responsible for establishing, promoting and maintaining the company’s brand to generate business.
• Will be charged with developing strategies and executing tactics that communicate the company's brand message.
• To work with agents, vendors, lawyers and members of the press to establish a high profile for the business.
• As head of the marketing department, the Manager oversees all communications, public relations and promotional activities selected to support the brand and marketing strategy, these includes design, production and distribution of print materials such as brochures, ads and direct response plus radio and television spots needed for broadcast campaigns.
• To manage press relations, speaking engagements, special events and community outreach activities so as need to keep the brand in front of the target audience.
• To supervise a staff of professionals and serves as an internal consultant to any business units within the corporation.
• To stay informed about marketing trends and monitoring industry changes so as to help you maintain the firm's competitiveness.
• To also attend client presentations and help prepare request for proposals.
Qualifications/Requirements:
• A bachelor's degree in marketing is required, but having a master’s in marketing or an MBA gives applicants an edge.
• Minimum of at least 2 to 3 years of marketing experience Sale Marketing and management is required,
• Able to juggle multiple projects at once in a fast-paced work environment, and often under several supervisors.
• Strong marketing acumen is needed.
• Well organized with strong customer-service, writing and presentation skills.
• Should have technical proficiency in a variety of software programs, including those integral to desktop publishing and website maintenance.
• Have the ability to lead the marketing team and work with vendors round out the skills necessary for the position.
