Job Title: Document Control And Administrative Associate

Location: Warri, Delta
Employment Type: Full-time

Description

  • We are seeking a Document Control and Administrative Officer to manage and maintain an efficient document control system that ensures accuracy, accessibility, and confidentiality.
  • The role also supports compliance, contract oversight, and general administrative coordination.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain secure and organized electronic and physical filing systems.
  • Ensure all records meet regulatory and quality standards.
  • Oversee contract and license documentation to ensure compliance.
  • Update, archive, and dispose of documents in line with retention policies.
  • Generate reports on document status, revisions, and compliance metrics.

Qualifications

  • B.Sc Degree / HND qualification in Health Information Management, Office Administration, or a related field.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and document management tools.
  • Excellent attention to detail, organization, and confidentiality.
  • 1 - 2 years experience in document control or healthcare administration.
