About the Role
- This is a unique opportunity to work closely with a multidisciplinary entrepreneur and leader across hospitality, art, beverages, and corporate services.
- As the Executive Assistant to the CEO, you will play a critical role in providing high-level executive support while also contributing to the smooth day-to-day operations of multiple businesses.
- The role is hybrid, allowing for some remote work; however, you must be available for in-person engagements in Lagos, including meetings, events, site visits, and errands as required.

Key Responsibilities
Executive Support:
- Manage the CEO’s calendar, appointments, and schedules across multiple businesses.
- Coordinate meetings, travel arrangements, and logistics efficiently.
- Serve as the first point of contact for correspondence, ensuring professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality.
- Prepare presentations, briefing notes, reports, and other executive documents as required.
Errands & Hands-On Support:
- Run business-related errands, including supplies procurement, vendor coordination, and deliveries.
- Provide on-ground support during events, activations, and business engagements.
- Handle ad hoc tasks that enable the CEO to focus on strategic priorities.
Research & Special Projects;
- Conduct research to support decision-making and business planning.
- Assist in managing special projects across wellness, art, consumer products, and corporate services.
- Contribute ideas and support execution for brand growth, visibility, and expansion initiatives.
Administration & Operations;
- Handle daily administrative tasks, including documentation, filing, and record-keeping.
- Provide operational support across the CEO’s various businesses.
- Assist with event planning, logistics, and vendor coordination.
- Track expenses, support budget preparation, and liaise with accountants when necessary.
- Support the smooth running of the office and site operations.
About You
- We are seeking a dynamic, organized, and resourceful woman who can seamlessly balance the roles of administrator, operations support, and executive assistant.
- You are comfortable managing competing priorities, thrive in fast-moving environments, and enjoy working closely with a purpose-driven leader.
Essential Skills & Experience:
- Experience: 3–4 years
- Must have experience in hospitality / Fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace, with basic project management tools.
- Ability to take initiative, anticipate needs, and solve problems independently.
- High level of professionalism and discretion when handling sensitive information.
- Flexibility to occasionally work outside standard hours for events or urgent priorities.
- Proven experience in administration, operations, or as an Executive Assistant.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with exceptional attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Salary
- N350,000 - N450,000 per month.
