We are recruiting to fill the position below:



Job Title: Human Resource / Administrative Coordinator

Location: Ogun State (New Makun City), Lagos/Ibadan Expressway before Shagamu interchange.
Employment Type: Full-time
Reports to: General Manager, Operations.

Requirements

  • Qualifications - B.Sc / HND in a related field.
  • 5-8 years of experience as an HR/ Administrator, preferably in a manufacturing, recycling, or fast-paced environment.
  • Professional certifications (CIPM, SHRM, HRCI) are an added advantage.
  • Strong knowledge of Nigerian labor laws and best practices.
  • Experience with HRMS and HR software is an advantage.

  • Must be ready to resume immediately.
  • Candidates living in close proximity to the location are preferred.
  • High level of integrity, confidentiality and emotional intelligence.
  • Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite ( Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Problem-solving and analytical thinking.

Remuneration
N500,000 monthly gross.
