Job Description

• Communicate professionally with customers
• Resolve inquiries and complaints
• Provide accurate service info
• Collaborate with internal teams

Qualification / Experience

• B.Sc / H.N.D in Arts / Social Science discipline with not less than two years experience
• Proven customer care experience
• Familiarity with logistics/freight forwarding ( desirable)
• Computer literate - good working knowledge of Microsoft office- word, excel and PowerPoint.
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong problem-solving abilities
