Job Summary
We're seeking a highly skilled Customer Care & Telemarketing Executive to join our team! As a key member of our customer-facing team, you'll be responsible for:

• Providing exceptional customer service through phone, email, and chat support
• Handling inbound and outbound calls to resolve customer queries and promote our products/services
• Building strong relationships with customers to drive sales and growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly
• Provide product information and support to customers
• Document customer interactions and feedback.
• Make outbound calls to promote our products/services and meet sales targets

Requirements

• Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree with 6 - 8 years of work experience. 
• Good knowledge of Microsoft office (Proficiency in Ms Excel is an added advantage)
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet targets
• Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience in customer care and telemarketing
• Experience in marketing and sales
